GENERAL INFORMATION, RULES AND REGULATIONS

Only Craftsmen and Artists displaying their own
original work may participate. No proxy exhibitors will be
allowed. No copies or commercial reproductions – this is for
original handcrafted work.
Please note: no copies or commercial reproductions will be
accepted. No manufactured products, kits, dough art, or velvet
paintings will be allowed.

A non-refundable and non-transferable entry fee dependent on
space size will register each exhibitor. In the event of
emergency show cancellation, entry fee will be refunded minus
pro-rated expenses (i.e. advertising).

Each exhibitor will be responsible for all applicable Florida
State & County Sales Tax -(7%).

Please be very specific in describing your craft.
Three photographs are required from everyone.
Please no slides. Label back of each photograph with your name
and address. When returning your completed application form,
include an appropriate size envelope (minimum (#10) legal size)
and affix sufficient postage to return your photographs.

Each completed application will be given serious consideration.
Letters of acceptance will be mailed as applications are
received. Checks will be held until that time. Spaces will be
assigned based on the category of your craft. For those
applications not accepted, your entry fee will be refunded in
full. A completed form is required from each exhibitor,
even if two exhibitors are sharing a space. (Application form
may be duplicated.)

All spaces are on a concrete surface.
No electricity or overnight storage is available. Exhibitors
must provide their own display racks, tables, chairs, etc. Each
exhibitor assumes responsibility for his/her own exhibit.
Sidewalk spaces in front of the stores. There are approximately
60 sidewalk spaces. Some spaces are 12' to 15' by 8' in size, with
the 12' to 15' side against the storefront. Cost of these spaces
is $110.00 ($102.81 fee + $7.19 tax). The remaining spaces are 8' to
10' by 8' in size, with the 8' to 10' side against the storefront.
Cost of these spaces is $80.00 ($74.77 fee + $5.23 tax).
No canopies can be set up on the sidewalk.
However, umbrellas that have 7' clearance and bases that can be
concealed by table legs are allowed.
Sidewalk spaces will be assigned by the order requests are
received. In the event the size spaces request is filled, you
will be contacted.
Open spaces are approximately 15' by 12' in size.
The cost for these spaces is $110.00 ($102.81 fee + $7.19 tax).
These spaces are for Food Vendors and Crafters with canopies.
Canopies must have weights in use during the entire show.
Canopies & tents may be left up overnight. We have arranged for an
overnigth Security Guard in the parking lot area only. It will be
up to the Craftmen's discretion if items are left inside the tents.

There are restaurants in the shopping center where you may
purchase beverages and food. No alcohol permitted.

The hours of the show are 10:00 AM – 4 PM on Saturday and
Sunday. Set up time is 7:00 AM – 9:30 AM. All exhibits must
be set up by 10:00 AM and must remain in place both days
until 4:00 PM. At 4:15 on Sunday, vehicles may begin loading.
The registration table will be open at 7:00 AM. You will
receive your space assignment when you check in. A designated
parking area will be available. Each exhibitor is
responsible for leaving his/her area clean at the end of
each day.

lessors of PERA City Plaza at Tampa Palms, Lasalle Management,
owners of PERA City Palza at Tampa Palms, merchants thereof, and
the Tampa Palms Women's Club, Inc., from responsibility, loss,
claims or damages in conjunction with this show. I understand,
